Located in Portland's South Waterfront district, Paige Auction is a family-owned operation that specializes in quality vintage goods.

Paige Auction started in 2010 as an innovative alternative to higher priced auction sites throughout the internet. Specializing in quality antique and collectible auctions, Paige Auction offers a wide variety of items for sale consisting of unique, hard-to-find collectibles in excellent condition. Our consignment fees, buyer's premiums, and shipping costs are among the lowest in the industry.

All items are guaranteed authentic and original. Paige Auction lots have no reserve and are absolute auctions. All lots start with low, reasonable opening bids. Consignors and their agents are absolutely forbidden to bid on their own merchandise.

Paige Auction accepts both online bids (through online auction companies LiveAuctioneers and Proxibid), as well as traditional, in-house bids. All online bids are displayed to in-house bidders and spectators via our HD television monitors. Please see our "Auctions" tab above for more details.

Paige Auction's showroom is located just south of downtown Portland in the historic John's Landing neighborhood, just minutes from the South Waterfront. Preview sessions occur during the week prior to the auction or by appointment. If you are planning a visit to Portland, you are invited to visit our gallery during regular business hours.

Please read the terms and conditions of the sale before bidding with Paige Auction. Anyone who bids is bound by these terms and conditions of the sale. Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any printed matter or posted notices, which together form the contract of the sale between the high bidder (purchaser), the seller (consignor), and Paige Auction. There is no charge for registration - if you are new to Paige Auction a major credit card may be required to register.
Buyer's Premium:
In-house bidders, absentee bidders, and Internet bidders all pay the same 15% buyer's premium.

Bid Increments:
Current Bid                      Bid Increment
$0 - $50                           $5
$50 - $250                      $10
$250 - $1000                  $25
$1,000+              Auctioneer's discretion

When bidding on any lot offered by Paige Auction, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following Terms of Sale:

Cash, VISA, MasterCard, or check. Please note that we cannot accept American Express. All purchases must be paid for in full before the merchandise can be removed from the premises. All payments are due within ten (10) days after the auction. All credit cards will be processed one business day after auction; any cards that are declined need to be settled within ten (10) business days. A buyer's premium will be added to the bid price and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price.

Condition of Items:
Paige Auction guarantees all lots to be authentic and makes every effort to accurately describe all the items offered at our auctions. All items for sale are described as we have received them, and it is the bidders responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item through our descriptions and pictures. Since all sales are final, please verify our descriptions by carefully previewing and examining the property before you bid. All items will be available for preview two days prior to the auction or available as otherwise noted.

Rights & Responsibilities:
The auctioneer will determine the highest bidder. The auctioneer, alone, has the right to re-open the bidding of an item if deemed necessary due to a dispute. If there is a tie bid between the floor, Internet, or absentee bid, the floor takes bid precedence. Paige Auction and its representatives reserve the right to remove those attendees who impede the previews and/or auction. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneer's hammer. The buyer will assume all risk and full responsibility of the lot purchased once ownership has changed. No lot may be transferred to another buyer.

We pack and ship the majority of our auction items. Only on a rare occasion, will large or unusual items be sent to an outside shipper such as UPS. This shipping method helps insure the safe arrival of the items, as well as keeping the buyer's cost down. Once the items have been packaged, we will update your invoice to include all shipping costs. At that time, we will send an invoice with the completed total. We will not send double invoices or separate bills for items and shipping.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are normally processed within 2 to 3 business days of the close of auction. If you need something sooner, please contact us during our normal work hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 3pm Pacific Time.

Most shipments are sent by ground delivery and are received within two weeks. Faster methods of delivery are available - please call for pricing. If there is a problem with your order, such as a bad address or an invalid card number, the order will be held until these issues are resolved by the customer.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is based on the actual value, weight, size, and destination of the delivery. The majority of our shipping is completed in-house by Paige Auction staff. We ship the majority of our items via USPS Parcel Select. In the rare occasion that an item is either too heavy or too large, we will ship via UPS Ground. Please contact us if you have a specific time-frame in which you would like your items shipped. If you desire an expedited shipping service, your shipping cost will increase accordingly. To keep the costs down, we charge you what the carrier charges us plus the cost of packaging.

Paige Auction is always buying collections and estates in addition to accepting quality consignments for our auctions.

Welcome to the Paige Auction blog!

it all started when...

My grandpa, Frank, was 40 years into curating an iconic assortment of collectibles, and wanted to share them with the world. To do this, he needed a platform to let people know he was here, and a way in which to sell his treasures. He tried numerous options locally and online, but could never find a solution that felt honest, yet paid well, and got his items sold with both his wallet and his heart feeling happy. So, he decided to build his own auction house, and he named it after me, Mallory Paige.

Hi! This is the first post in a series of which I will keep you all updated on events, collections, our initiatives, and of course to say how much we value each and every one of you.

Paige Auction is a family-owned establishment, and without you we wouldn't be able to do what we love; source and share art, records, and collectibles with the world. Our core values are honesty, culture, and quality. My mission is to pioneer the way for Paige Auction to become a household name, in which we come first to mind when vintage collectibles are the topic.

Thank you all for your continued loyalty and support, and please stay tuned for more to come.

Also, I'd love to hear from you! If there are items you'd like to see more of in the future, let us know!
